The S5 series offers a range of plastic tubular M18 photoelectric sensors.The most varied optic functions can be chosen amongst the fixed focus 15 mm and 50 mm or diffuse proximity models with short, medium or long operating distances reaching 60 cm; the 4 m retroreflex, 3 m polarised retroreflex and 1 m for detection of transparent materials; the 12 m through beam and models with fibre-optic connection. The S100 series, with standard case dimensions of only 20x32x12 mm, sets a new benchmark for miniature photoelectric sensors with several distinctive features. SRX3 is the new ultrasonic fork sensor for a wide range of applications that demand reliable label detection for challenging applications. With state-of-the-art, ultrasonic technology, the new SRX3 is able to read any type of label dispensed on any type of roll support.

The forked ultrasonic sensor performs label detection based on the difference of material width inside the sensible area. The sensor can reliably detect paper, plastic, transparent and metallic labels on paper, plastic and metallic bearer tapes.

The SRX3 can detect a gap of 2mm for label widths of 2mm at a speed of 60m/min. The ultrasonic technology enables allows for the detection of transparent labels on transparent roll supports, difficult achieve with optical operated sensors.

The TLµ contrast sensor series offers solutions for all detection applications of register marks and other neutral or colored references. The LD46 luminescence sensors emit ultraviolet light and detect only visible light converted and reflected from fluorescent objects or marks, independent from the background color and surface.

The LD46 sensors can reach a 100mm operating distance and a 2kHz switching frequency, thanks to the UV high-power emission using 6 LEDs.
